Despite being a card-carrying member of the Atari ST fan club, both Back In The Day and today, I've never played what is commonly regarded to be one of the platform's best games, FTL's Dungeon Master. After acquiring a copy at great expense, it's time to delve into the Grey Lord's dungeon for the first time!

Genre-defining first-person real-time "blobber" Dungeon Master first released for Atari ST in 1987 and went on to become one of the system's best-selling games. It was initially brought across the pond to the UK by Mirrorsoft, then in later years Psygnosis republished the game in a single package with its follow-up standalone expansion pack, Chaos Strikes Back. It was subsequently ported to a variety of other platforms, including both western and Japanese systems.
