Somehow, this weird glitch happened whilst doing an playthrough.

In the level "Heat and Miss", i manage to glitch out Jack's animation by having a health potion item, throwing Jack's cap to attack an nearby enemy, (which i took a hit before), and using the health potion right before the cap throwing animation was finished.

This caused Jack to enter into a glitched state where his hat disappears and remain motionless, (besides the ilde animation) until crouching to fix it.
