The Binding of Isaac: Antibirth is a community remixing mod effort based on modding The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth. BOI Antibirth features 90+ new Antibirth items, 80+ new Binding of Isaac Antibirth enemies, and for Antibirth new characters you've got Bethany and Jacob. Antibirth Bethany gameplay is unlocked by collecting 12 soul hearts, while it's not clear yet how to unlock Jacob. (I can’t wait to try out Jacob gameplay!). For Antibirth part 1 we'll be digging into all the new features - Antibirth also features a new ending, and over 4000 new Antibirth rooms - and there's much more below!

The Binding of Isaac: Antibirth is a successor to the original, vanilla Binding of Isaac game and Rebirth, and continues to feature procedurally-generated, roguelike, Legend of Zelda inspired gameplay. The Antibirth DLC (well, MOD) adds new items to the game (like Mom's Bracelet and Blood Oath), new enemies (beware The Candler and The Whipper!) and new trinkets (be on the lookout so you can start using Broken Padlock and take advantage of the Brain Worm effect)!
