at January 17 five PM during Alexis and Aster's relaxation after they finished lunch with Bella and Halldor, Alternate Jaden and Alternate Jesse lost to Jade and Zane 4 straight times and defeated them back and then lost to Jade and Joey twice and defeated them back. latest duel after the gay couple and variants' comeback, Joey in his final turn was forced to use Time Wizard as his final monster remaining duo to his and his niece in law's bad luck issues. in response to the comeback, Joey activated Time Wizard's luck effect and tossed a coin trying to secure a comeback back only to toss the coin wrong and destroy Time Wizard by a misplay that entertained the fans to laugh at the redeemed star much to Joey's dismay and freaking out. after misplaying and failing to get lucky, Joey pressed on his deck to surrender by bad luck karma yet couldn't intentionally lose the duel duo to that the duelist surrenders only in his\her tenth turn per league rules much to Jade's facepalming which forced Joey to end his turn after his misplay causing Alternate Jaden and his boyfriend Alternate Jesse to win the duel by direct attack with Elemental HERO Wildedge. after defeat, Jade and Joey talked about the funny misplay to which Alternate Jaden and Alternate Jesse roasted Joey about his funny failed comeback chance.
