I think it's best to finish this mid game for the loot, Medium Gasmask and K-58s and if you want the unique stronger MG.
there are no new endings so I'm guessing the final rewards is just a way to patch up your failures like the zombie outbreak.
In my opinion crafting K-58 is the best one final reward since you can craft more as long as you have 75 scrap & someone stationed there to make it. it's like the padding coz it works with unmodified non unique helmets & leggings but better. +25 reduction & +10 reduction if penetrated. somehow it works with a medium camo vest.

note: this is moved closer coz the patch just dropped, I would like you guys to see what the new content was about. I know it's not in order & this save is 1 click away from finishing the game anyway. so... next episode will resume where it left off.
