I watched the other one and it was long and rambley. This is short and to the point.
The method to getting the highest possible stats in jagged alliance 3 is abuse forgiving mode and training.
step 1 turn on forgiving mode
step 2 make a custom merc set wisdom at 85 (wisdom is the only stat you cant train) pick whatever you want for the rest of the stats and perks
step 3 pick 1 merc that has higher stats than your player character
step 4 kill 3 guys
step 5 talk to the girls to complete the tile and be able to access sat view
step 6 pick one stat and train mercs
step 7 repeat step 6 till the stat you are training hits 91 then move on to the next stat.
When every stats at 90 pick the rest of your team and go play the game.
dont feel like you need to do this to start the game your dont need it. This method takes hours and is rather cheesy honestly you could just mod or cheat in a fraction of the time.
