My Jaguar XJR575 review has been gathering dust for a loooong time, but I thought it would be a shame to never show this monster of a luxury V8 doing its thing at the Portugal-based launch event in October 2017.

Because Steve Sutcliffe (a motoring journalist heavyweight) was my co-driver for the day, Jaguar kindly closed off the roads and gave us access to multiple cameras of the RED variety and multiple cameramen to operate them.

That meant we could push the Jaguar XJR575 much harder than normal and have it all filmed in high-resolution slow-motion. I'll be honest, I've had worse days at work.

Unfortunately, this video was edited by someone else and the 4K files have vanished into the wilderness (along with my hopes and dreams), so you'll just have to enjoy 1080p, my constant incorrect XJ575 references some overly loud dramatic music at the end.
