Here is Jail Break by Konami 1986. This is a brutal game which shows no mercy and really requires a lot of good timing and aim to get through. 1 hit and you die then you go back to the beginning of the stage. The game does however contain some comical stuff like hitting some enemies with certain guns at certain times will show nude women in windows and the such, wat the video and you can see what I'm talking about.
