Jailbreaking has slowed down with iOS 17 - iOS 17.5.1. Having said that, there is still hope for a new jailbreak on iOS 17.0! Apple's newer firmwares patch vulnerabilities that could be exploited to allow for an iOS 17 jailbreak on iPhone 15 and older - basically EVERY device would be covered.
If you've already updated though, just avoid updates in the future. Most major iOS 17.x releases include security patches that could later be exploited (in theory). With that in mind, it's best to stay on as low of a firmware as possible. AVOID UPDATING and pray for a new jailbreak. I'll keep you guys in the loop.
Also, with iOS 18 on the horizon, would you even want to jailbreak iOS 18? I'm curious, so please let me know in the comment section.
