Jak 3: Part 29: Blasting Into the New North Haven
4There was one more KG shield to breach, and to meet that end, Torn brings Jinx in once more.
While Daxter choked on the thick waft of Jinx's smoking cigar, he explained to Jak that he managed to hack one of the KG Blast Bots with a remote control.

In this mission, you will remotely control a KG Blast Bot all the way towards the last KG shield and blow it up. Aim and laser shoot down anything that stands against you along the way, including other KG bots and other KG Blast Bots.
Complete this mission, and Torn will finally be able to reconnect with the REAL Freedom League HQ. He can see Ashelin again, and Jak & Daxter can see Samos and Keira again.
As a reward, Torn gives Jak the fantastic Peace Maker! The first of your Dark Eco Morph Gun weapons, the Peace Maker returns to shoot powerful electric orbs at enemies. It will shock enemies besides the hit target if they are close enough.

So now I can go back into more of the northside of Haven City. You can see those drab Slums again, though the place is even more ruined now thanks to the enemy attacks.
It seems that Onin's hut has moved to sit next to one side of Haven City's prison. Once of the orb challenges will highlight this to you.
Speaking of which, besides the challenges that Torn gives you, there is at least Oracle here that otherwise only appears in Spargus.
But keep going north, and you'll go into a brand new, much-cleaner and sleeker area of Haven City that Jak II never had. You will find Freedom League HQ here.
