Haha, this run was so refreshing. It is just a 1 second PB, but the fact is that I had such a good run for so long and that shows me that I still have it in me. Sometimes you lose focus and all you can think about is what you do wrong, but this run reminded me that I can do so much right too. I feel a bigger one coming soon. Next, 1:00:XX and then Sub 1!!!!!
