We can't finish up Sentinel Beach just yet,so we're exploring the forbidden jungle now. We run into the village fisherman,who's having trouble catching fish. Help him catch 200 fish,and he'll let you use his boat to get to misty island in addition to another power cell. There's another cell found by following the river past the fisherman,in addition to more orbs. The nearby blue eco can be used on the pad close by to jump high,hurry to the locked door for another cell. Nearby is a machine blocking the eco beam. Destroy it,then align the towers so the beam is aimed back at the village. I'll do the last tower in a bit. Now,use blue eco to make the bridge form to the large building. You'll need blue eco several times to activate all the platform and reach the top where another power cell rests. Inside,follow the path carefully to find yet another cell,and underneath it,the switch to unblock all blue eco vents in the world.
