Some time after finding the precursor artifact. The heros are attacked by an unknown creature. With only one choice of going into the artifact. The heros are sent to another world. Then something terrible happens the heros are separated, and jak gets captured put in prison for two years being torture and sentenced to death. Daxter saves his friend and the two escape only to be recrecruited into the underground resistance. And the battle to save the city known as Haven city begins.
