This was filmed at Eternal Amusement Tower in Akihabara. This is a Cleana Claw game where you must push the plastic ball down a ramp to release a basket containing a prize. Crane games in Japan are not made to be a one shot win like they are in America. They are games of skill and patience where you might sink 500yen into a game or 5000yen. It all comes down to your skill.
