Persona 5's English translation made me curious about the Japanese (Romaji) usage in the current English culture.

ペルソナの英語版では Umami、Bancho、Inari、Sensei等多くの日本語の単語がそのままローマ字表記で使われています。

Senpai、waifu など、ここ数年多くの日本語の単語が英語圏にも浸透して使われるようになってきていますが、ペルソナ５の英語翻訳には特にその傾向が強く見受けらるように感じました。日本語の単語をそのまま使用するのは近年の英語翻訳（主にアニメ・ゲーム）のトレンドでもあり、興味深いテーマです。
