Convert the MP3 to WAV. I used 'Audio Converter Any Format' from the Microsoft Store
Use Wallpaper Engine on Steam and search for "Jarvis" and "Iron Man" backgrounds

*To make wallpaper load instantly, do below*
Go into 'Settings' on Wallpaper Engine, 'General' tab and set it to run as High priority on Start with Windows
To add intro/outro computer sound effects, you can use any free audio editing software. I used GoldWave. Go to 'Effect, Reverb, Presets (I used Default) to add the robotic sound.
Go to 'Tools, File Merger' to add any random computer/robotic sound effect .mp3 clip to add an intro/outro sound effect.
