Go into the Windows Control Panel and search for "tts" and select 'Change text to speech settings'. Change 'Voice selection' to 'IVONA 2 Brian OEM'

In LINKS Mark II - Go into the 'Settings, Sound Effects, A.I. Voice' and change the 'A.I. Voice' to 'IVONA 2 Brian OEM'
