JD Blog - My Battles With Anxiety and Monophobia
Hopefully this is something that will go over well. I've had an issue for a good bit of my life in dealing with the issues of anxiety and a fear of losing people that become close to me. I want to be as honest as I can with the people who watch my videos, and this is my way of doing it.
This is something that affects more people than you think, and if you want more information about what is being discussed, please visit the following link: http://www.psychologistanywhereanytime.com/relationships_psychologist/psychologist_loneliness.htm
Just remember, you are not alone, and you matter to people. Even if you think you do not, there's always SOMEONE that needs you in their life. You can always talk to someone, whether it be a family member, friend, a councilor, or doctor. Don't be afraid and stay strong, as courage is the act of being able to do what it is you fear. Face it, and you'll find out that things are not as bad as they usually seem.
