This episode we're trying another Curry-based marinade. This one is spice heavy and includes a little alcohol which is a new ingredient to our mixes.

Marinade Recipe (Per pound of meat):
5 Tsp Salt
5 Tsp Black Pepper
3 Tsp Curry Powder
4 Garlic Cloves, pressed
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
3 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves
1 Cup Cream Sherry
