Here is a build guide and showcase of my Jing Yuan. This is more center around DPS, I hope this helps.

When you get enough crit rate, you can swap the chest piece for crit damage.
Lightning Set is good though you can try to do 2 piece that and atk, lightning's set buff will buff the lightning lord's attack since that buff is higher and lasts for a turn so its better since you want to keep using his skill.
