As you can see. Joining a session the glitch works and I get 65k xp. If the host creates a profile level 1 everytime, you will gonna win more xp.
And try to collect 31 dog tags for the golden box and maybe more free xp.

You and a friend start operation clear skies on normal difficulty using a card that gives +500 bonus and play it until the last mission 6/6 but do not start this mission.
Use the other 4 slots to do the same (start an operation on normal difficulty and play until 6/6 for both (you and your friend as host)).
Now, the host needs to have one special mission that you adquire random in other missions (forest convoy or rogues gallery). I recommend rogues because it's easier and faster. You just need to start the mission, pick up a paint at the truck outside and come back to escape (around 15 seconds duration).
When the host has this mission and the 5 operation clear skies 6/6 slots, he closes the game and backup his save (cloud or USB) and come back to the game.
Coming back, the host starts a rogues gallery on VERY Hard DIFFICULTY with a friend that joined him. And finishing the mission, he starts (Continuing) the operations. All this needs to be done at the same lobby and the friend cannot log out (like lost connection) because this glitch works like: while you are playing the operation on normal, the host is gonna get normal xp, but his friend is gonna get very hard XP because of rogues gallery mission that you played a few minutes ago. Finishing the mission, your friend will get around 65k xp with the +500 cards equipped. And if he collects dog tags, it will increase. After finishing, the host starts another operation falling skies 6/6 (you still have +4 to finish) without change lobby. Using this method, your friend will get 5x 65k xp spending around 10 min in each mission.
After you finish all your clear skies, the host close the game and download his backup save and do it all again. (first rogues on vh and then operations). For both getting xp, I recommend to always change the host. You both need to have the 5 normal clear síes operation 6/6 using the bonus card +500 and a special mission rogues gallery.
You both make the save at the cloud or USB drive, and after the first host finishes his operations, he download back his cloud/USB save, while his friend backup his save at the cloud/USB drive. Doing this, nobody will lose the missions and operations and will still earning easy xp.

You need to start a mission to get the shape of a gang trophy. Me and my friend just got the trophy at the beggining of another mission.
