It's there he finds love with Lady Gag's Harley Quinn, & also strangely music which is bizarre. It's a jukebox musical, a sequel of sorts & generally a failure of a film.
Joker 2 Review aka Joker: Folie à Deux which finds Arthur Fleck institutionalized at Arkham awaiting trial for his crimes as Joker. While struggling with his dual identity, Arthur not only stumbles upon true love, but also finds the music that's always been inside him.
