What's happening here is that the warp location was placed right on top of the lava which teleports you, resulting in an infinite loop of you teleporting. This is also why Select appears to do nothing, you are teleporting, but right back to where you were. The camera shaking is you constantly teleporting. You have to jump early off that jump, because the next section of lava has a correctly-placed warp location, it's just this little strip of lava that has this broken warp location.
