I'm extending the allowed use of the debug menu. If I see a possible path in the distance that could get me more points, I'm allowed to use the freecam to look at the area and how to get there, but I can't use the debug menu to move myself there.

Also, this part is special for a different reason - I'm not running from a disc! It was recently discovered that the game has built-in hostfs functionality, which means reading game files from a folder instead of a disc. It wasn't easy as the devs used their own custom filepaths which took some guesswork and datamining to figure out, plus I haven't even figured out where to put the pre-rendered videos yet. I also figured out how to trick PCSX2 into using my custom texture pack and custom emulator config which you can't normally use for ELF executables.
