56Jon is left speechless by this incredibly gorgeous little action-exploration game from indie studio Thunder Lotus Games. Grab your axe and prepare for battle as we take on the ice giants of Jotun.
In Jotun, you play as Thora, a Norse warrior who has died an inglorious death and must prove herself to the Gods in order to enter Valhalla. You must battle ice giants and the harsh elements of NIflheim in order to succeed.
With a similar isometric view to hack 'n' slash games like Diablo and Torchlight, Jotun is presented in a beautiful hand drawn artstyle reminiscent of old Disney or Don Bluth films. The project successfully raised $64k last on Kickstarter and has now moved into alpha and is set to release later this year.
