Joule Thief by Thanos: Using a 25W CFL

2This is my second portable light. I constructed it 6 months ago. It uses the cirquits from 2 tennis - racket - like bug zappers. Their inputs are connected in parallel with 2 AA 1.2V rechargable batteries. Their outputs, are connected in series with an old Cockcroft-Walton generator. The generator's output is connected with the 25W CFL.
The output brightness of this portable light, is half than that of a K-Circuit Joule thief version.
