Journey into the unknown.
Nansen supervised the construction of a vessel with a rounded hull, Steamcores and other features designed to withstand prolonged pressure from ice and Potentially even Travel over the Frostland environment. If it becomes impossible to sail the oceans. Food, prosthetics, and raw materials along with Glow worms were procured from the Imperial exploration company for the long journey.
The Journey carried them up the coast into the winterhome Region. There they came across various animals and geological features that proved to support theories that life would be able to survive in the region. They made landfall and established communications with the scientific teams and winterhome base within the region.
At the time New London was still under construction. Winterhome's Captain informed, Nansen and his team that the scientific research camps and facilities had detected a drastic fall in temperature along with unusual cloud formations, and sporadic animal migration patterns.
