Journey of a Roach is a computer game of the genre Adventure and was released in 2013 by the German publisher Daedalic Entertainment. It was developed by the Swiss studio Koboldgames. Journey of a Roach plays on Earth after a nuclear disaster. The player takes on the role of cockroach Jim, who is looking for a way to the earth's surface. The journey leads through an underground labyrinth of bunkers where various objects have to be found and puzzles solved. Journey of a Roach combines elements of a traditional point-and-click adventure with unconventional control. Since the main character of the game is a cockroach, he can move not only on the floor, but also on the walls and ceiling.
