Here is a quick video showing an easier path to the disco zone in Paradise. It is actually located at the base of the main mountain mesh, on its northeast slope. The easiest way to get there is by walking east from the Monolith (terrain level) until you cross the side of the mountain, then turn north and follow that slope until the fog turns from bluish to milky white, a few more steps after that and you'll see blinking stripes. But be careful moving too far north as this disco zone is right at the edge of Blackness.
