So after I cleaned the cartridge it played right away and am very happy with my ebay purchase. This is getting to be a typical thing to have to do, if you plan on collecting these games in lose cart format be sure to have plenty of materials to clean them on hand.

I must inform everyone that just because this cleaning process work's on this game older game's such as Super Mario Bros. 3 you must not use isopropyl alcohol on the label it's not created the same way as the 90's style games. No protective coating for that squeaky clean effect. Perhaps it's just my cartridge but discoloration happened in a very small spot.

Never use nail polish remover acetone
Unless you quickly neutralize it's effects. I had to remove red finger nail polish off my SMB3 cartridge and it stripped the top coating off, it's not terrible but it's still a factor that everyone should take into consideration.

Background sounds were from Ash vs. Evil Dead

This has to be one of my favorite Nintendo game titles from SunSoft with an epic sound track I can listen to this music for hours.

Found all the necessary codes needed to make the game lots of fun. The invincibility code needs to be turned off and on and the jump code is a bit tricky but works for the last level just know while active the jump code prevents you from turning around.
