Track 14 from this French promotional CD, Emerald Forest (Dolby Pro Logic Mix) from Shadow Master. Once again I have no idea why the tracks from this game (like the Formula One '97 ones) are labeled as a Dolby Mix as they are identical to the mixes found in the game for what I could see, just in a very slightly higher quality.

This is a rip from my copy of a somewhat rare promo CD originally included with French gaming magazine Joypad, which released six volumes of these VGM release inserts. This fifth volume contains various music from Psygnosis PS1 titles, and pretty much all of it has not been released in CD quality elsewhere.
