Track 2 from this French promotional CD, Slapp (Dolby Pro Logic Mix) from Formula 1 '97. Despite the name, there doesn't seem to be any notable difference between this "Pro Logic Mix" and the game file outside of improved audio quality.

This is a rip from my copy of a somewhat rare promo CD originally included with French gaming magazine Joypad, which released six volumes of these VGM release inserts. This fifth volume contains various music from Psygnosis PS1 titles, and pretty much all of it has not been released in CD quality elsewhere.
