Just a quick look at my JTAG hacked homebrew Xbox 360. I've done a few mods to it including upgrading the fans, making a custom hard drive enclosure, switching out the ROL LEDs, flashing it with XBR, upgrading the DVD drive firmware and adding an Ethernet port for flashing the NAND. I have it running the Freestyle homebrew dashboard which gives you some pretty cool settings to play about with.

Back in 2009 I wrote a small tutorial on how to make and install a cable to dump/flash your 360's NAND. If you're interested in doing this mod yourself then you can find the tutorial here....
