A video showing the steps involved in adding a window and LEDs to your Xbox 360's hard drive. I wanted a separate drive to use for homebrew and games on my JTAG hacked 360 so I bought a cheap enclosure from China, modified it, then stuck a spare 2.5" laptop drive I had inside. I added the window and LEDs just for a bit of fun and so I can easily tell which is the modified drive and which is stock.

The whole process took me about 3.5 hours and was relatively straight forward. You can buy cheap enclosures from dealextreme.com for around $11 delivered if you want to have a go at this yourself.
