2The Okotoks Dawgs would face off against the Brooks Bombers at Seaman Stadium for the Canada Day Classic, with the Dawgs throwing up 6 runs in the bottom of the first, but tempers would later erupt in the bottom of the 6th inning, with both Trent Linihan, and Caleb Lumbard being thrown at in the same inning one after another, Ruddy Estella would be tossed from the game automatically and Lou Pote would have to be physically restrained by the third base coach, Lou would also be ejected from the game. Nash Crowell would ignite the Dawgs with a 2 run moonshot homer! The Dawgs would win 10-0. However the story does not end there! During the Fireworks extravaganza there was a delay, the fans came together with their cell phone lights and made a beautiful show of community the Dawgs now extend their win streak to 12. Also a familiar face returns to the dugout with the return of Matt "Tugboat '' Wilkenson! Who was the first base coach for the last 2 innings!
