Jump Loop
Jill's H and S have a pretty absurd amount of untechable time and lets her do her jump loop. Typically you'll be hitting the opponent in the air with a random M, followed by an H and a super delayed S to get them fairly low, but not low enough so that Jill won't have time to jump back up.
Once the first rep is established it comes down to the player to determine if they are too low or too high- If they are too low do MMHS, if they are too high, do MHS. Usually the 2nd Rep is what will equalize the height and then do 1 or 2 reps of MMHS followed by whatever you want.
