Mad Beast is Jill's level 3 and it is definitely something to be afraid of. The super itself is completely safe and in this mode, pressing any direction causes her to do her Feral Dash. If Jill dashes into the air she can move up to three times before she has to fall. You can still use two buttons to dash and this allows her to effectively cover screen pretty much instantly if you do A+B and then Forward. Also, since her moves are all dash cancelable, this is the reason why all of her special moves can go into them selves because you are actually dash canceling the special back into a special.

Her air mobility is garbage in this mode because the dashes don't cover much ground, so activating this super blindly against a character with a fly is a big no no.

The biggest advantage to this move though is that Jill becomes immune to advancing guard during this mode and can put the opponent into 100% block strings and by 100% block strings I mean that their opponent can just let go of the stick because auto guard is going to kick in and they'll never escape it. The opponents only options are to alpha counter or x factor.

Unlike most buffs supers, Jill builds meter during this mode, so simply activating this mode and putting them into a simple block strings of arrow kicks, cart wheel kicks, or even L,M,H, f x N will generate a bar to two bars depending on if you call assists during this mode causing this super to really only cost 1-2 bars of meter.

Since the opponent is in block stun and not hit stun, Jill can keep calling assists while she keeps them locked down in block stun allowing her the ability to go for a constant high low game. If Jill tries to go for an overhead (pressing uf and hitting on the way down) without an assist the opponent may be able to jump out, but if you use the assist to cover you during this time Jill can enforce her high low mixup 1-2 times depending on your assist, maybe even more.

It is an incredibly hard to control super, but its uses are amazing.
