Go give him some support. He's doing what it takes to help fight off weight and depression.

2019 was the same year my doc called me out on being overweight.. the same weight 220 pounds. 100kg. 39 was a good year to hear that and feel like I had time to do something about it. 'Now' was the time to do something about it. Depression can be a powerful monster. It feels good to be actively doing something against it.
Another 150 down, painting a ceiling again today on and off through the heat then dog sitting for the weekend.
