Junior soldiers take training break to learn about D-Day in Normandy

Recruits from the Army Foundation College in Harrogate have taken five days out from the challenges of basic training to visit Normandy, northern France.
The aim of the trip was to learn more about D-Day by visiting the beaches across Normandy where troops from all sides fought and died in 1944.
