AVR109 is retarded in many ways. Juno FDxboot 1.1 was still retaining some of those dumbness. On the other hand, Juno FDxboot 1.2 has removed most if not all of those dumbness, and is much cleaner and faster.

Top upload speed achieved: 18kB/s; 11/18=0.61 or 160% improvement uploading speed than v1.1; The bottleneck here is the fact that AVRdude doesn't support auto-address increment mode, and so for each page write, new addresses are sent to the bootloader.
