I bet you already built a lot of houses before in Terraria ─ Whether in quality or... in "quality", that is. Either way, you still need the walls, and some furniture like Table and a chair. As for the table, you can put items on top of it: Or, better yet, you can hop over it and use it as a platform!... not a good idea, if you ask me. There are other things you can do with it, such as... placing a gravestone..?
