I briefly tried to speedrun Just Cause 3 while at a LAN party so I was making a recording with no mic. I have encountered this loading screen behavior at the same place before. See here for a previous instance of this behavior: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/88019159

It seems like this behavior is mostly bad for speedruns, since it is uncontrollable.
