Welcome to the second jc3 modding tutorial, today I will show you how to edit vehicle and weapon stats, use the hex editor and install dlc mods!

If you want to mod the stats of JC4 vehicles, you will need to use protato's modified cars, since the original vehicle files had the stat files put into another place
