Zap is the best card to counter Sparky.

Just drop at the right timing and you can stop a Sparky from launching even only one attack.

But before that you should have a quick cycle deck to make sure Zap appears when you needed. Of course only Zap is not enough for handling Sparky. You need some attacker like Mini Pekka, Goblin, Skeleton, etc to quickly bring it down. If you are using air troops, Minion should be best because Sparky only attack Ground.

Usually to counter Sparky you should bring some low elixir but have a few troops card such as Skeleton or Goblin. Beside they can quickly attack it. It can also use as meat shield to spend Sparky attack.

Some troops like Valkyrie or Prince can be good too as a temporary meat shield against Sparky considering their middle HP and they able to attack Sparky as return. Of course this is the last option if u still have Zap in your card row
