Just One Line - Part 1: Common People. Let's Play Just One Line (Early Access)
58Just One Line is a video game version of Choose Your Own Adventure stories, where you're presented with a choice and then the story progresses depending on your choice.
Being a fan of these, particularly the Fighting Fantasy ones, I was eager to try Just One Line and it did not disappoint!
We create our first character, the witty Johnny Cupboard. Equipped with a robe and a dagger, he sets out into the world but, alas, his journey ends somewhat swiftly.
Our second character, Billy Cupboard (Johnny's brother!) picks up the mantle of Hero Commoner and, equipped with a pitchfork and a moustache, he sets out for vengeance and adventure!
It's worth pointing out that I wrote my own Choose Your Own Adventure at Primary School. It was about a murder. I wonder if Social Services were ever involved...?
