Having found the "GameBox" tone sounding interesting, I have put it in my soundfont as a totally new voice for GS. Not to mention that the whole score of Plants VS. Zombies is based on some good old Roland synths. But to be storage effective, they are sampled in low quality. It's so confusing when thinking which format of music is playing in-game. Either MIDI or Tracker, that music turns out to be flowing dynamically. Each time a wave of Zombies emerges, the music energizes with some hi-hat intro and then a sexy 808 beat plus more BASS. Awesome, Shigi!
Well, I have downloaded a raw MIDI track inspired by the Kahoot Lobby theme as in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7PJSdlUK8o (gyurga.mid) I patched it by myself in a weird way to fit in with the two SoundFonts loaded; i.e. PVZ as main and ColomboGMGS2 with a terrible Bank offset. Furthermore, as I have the Zomboss Battle Song MIDI downloaded separately, I soloed the piano section, played that back and recoded using PVZ.sf2 which has its own cheesy piano preset. And that's all. Both of the songs are clearly in the same tempo so it was easy to mash these two tracks on Audacity. Again, this final version isn't a MIDI (not to mention it is, but partially), it's mashed up and made up using Audacity so I don't have a MIDI today.
*My notebook is completely gone and I'm left with just my old desktop which is ridiculously slow and unsupportive for hard use like running Premiere Pro. On the other hand, my exams are coming into play soon, until then I'd probably have neither a good time nor support to keep my channel updated.*
