In this episode, I complete the first set of jobs before the heist. I also collect any clue bottles near me during (or on the way to) jobs.

Getting caught by Rajan was intentional, as it respawns you back on top of the bridge. It doesn't reduce the "blueprints collected" counter or respawn any of the watermelons, so there is no need to run away when Rajan wakes up.

By the way, when Rajan swallows the entire watermelon, does anyone else get a "gag reflex" in their (real-life) throats? I do. I was eating the first time I saw it, and I thought I was actually going to choke.
