Kamikaze Cabbie - Geographically Challenged (in more than one way) - MCIHAD
A game about speeding a New York-style taxi through some kind of dystopian medina where human life means less than the face value of their hyperinflated inter-war currency. Naturally, it reminds Nick of his native Ohio, so it ends up being a pretty uncomfortable experience for just about everyone. Baleful reverie and barely sublimated bitterness abound. Meanwhile, Keith reveals some new ignominious details of his sad attempts at survival in the open, free world.
-----------------------------------------------
Released in August 1984, you play as a taxi driver picking up customers and dropping them off using a grid system that directs you by the squares you must travel. You can obtain power-ups and destroy other vehicles for additional points, however without the power-ups you can be destroyed. Eventually, potential fairs become difficult to find.
A bootleg of this game is known as "Yellow Cab".
