Journey - Memorials to Dust - MCIHAD
Today’s ignominious feature is a seemingly fan-made ROM hack showcasing the members of Journey* assailing musical instruments in space in what may have been an abortive Reagan-era effort to draw the youth’s attention away from the wily machinations of the new and adventitious “fuckable” Pacman. That, or it is meant to be taken as a sort of digital homily about our shared mortality; a truly elegiac warning that no amount of fame or prestige will ever be sufficient to impress the Ferryman, nor to remedy the eternal unfuckability of that sexy new she-pac. Problematically, such pontifications will likewise never be sufficient to make up for the staggering pop culture ignorance herein demonstrated from at least one third of our Coterie of Failure. Try to guess who it is!
