Hey giiirrllss!!!!!!!!!! So I was inspired by the beautiful Katy Perry!! i just love her! Huge fan!
Anyways, I fell in LOVE with her makeup look on the cover of Vogue's July Issue!! I just loved the red matte lips and simple makeup. It's classic and sexy but yet very wearable and easy to create! Her lip color was a bit darker, but I went for a bit more lighter shade of red to make it more wearable. I hope you lovely ladies will enjoy this Tutorial!!
